Please Help--YouTube upload failed w/ FLV file

I made an .flv flash file of a short movie using Sorenson Squeeze and then tried uploading it to YouTube. The upload seemed to work, but after processing it failed. I don't see what I'm doing wrong since YouTube converts to flash files. Thanks to anyone who can help.
