I would like to record sound only to my P2 cards. Is there a way to do this or do I have to take in video as well?
Also, is there a way to discard the video MFX files but keep the audio files?
Of course I could convert to an audio only file but I'm really looking for a way to just get rid of the MFX video but still have usable audio files. I don't necessarily have to get rid of the video files from the P2 card but I would like to not have to archive them.
But I do need to create a viable archive of the NO NAME folder/disk from which FCP could import clips from at a later date, just without the video.
