Sadly my camera does not have a very good manual focus on it and it is in a very bad position on the camera so tht every time that i go to focus i get un wanted noise. Is there something that i can throw on my camera's lense so i can manually control it?

Ok so i have been looking around and what i am REALLY looking for is something that i can put on the lens and control manually using focus rings sort of like in this pic. Except this is already built on to the camera. Any ideas? Is this even possible to do?
