hi everyone,
the following link has a nice, beautiful dreamy, blurry film-like effect. maybe some of u have probably watched it.

does anybody has any idea how it can be achieved?

i did a test
1080i
detail level -7
detail coring +5
master pedestal +5
syncro scan 270d
high gain
but it didn't work. i really admire the motion blur, lens flare, and nice warmy feel of the video.
i know that the location, filter, and 35mm lens are one of the factor but i dont know how he got the overexposure look but still manage to maintain the quality of the footage( color of the hills, sun ) . And how did he get the blurry effect? Is it from shutter speed?
Sorry for my stupid questions.
But im willing to learn.
Thanks.

i did a 2nd test.
the syncro scan was too high last time. it looks fine for indoors. i got that dreamy feeling.
But shooting outdoor is so tricky and precise. I am just hoping that there is someone out there could help me out a bit and show me the right door.
I used 90d this time. and ND 1/8. 720p/24pn 30fps.
but i dont get lens flare. even tho i point the camera straight to the sun.
I tried playing with chroma level, but that ruins the color.
I want that bright but soft blurry color and crushed black and lens flare.
Is the whole thing was done in post? it looks too good to be done in post.

Most wide angle lenses , especially average quality ones, give lens flare to that
effect. I suspect that particular video achieved a lot of it's look in post, though.
Seems like the old vaseline on the lens (clear filter over regular lens) would give
a similar effect.
