LE Waiting time?

I purchased a Letus Extreme earlier this week and shot them an email asking about how long I would have to wait. Haven't had any response so I may as well ask on here.

From order to receiving. Anyone know how long?

I ordered mine on 1/7 along with a request for some indication of when to expect delivery. I haven't heard (or received) anything yet.

mine took about a month. Just be patient. Using the support-service to ask when is kind of pointless. You won't get it faster anyway, and if they had better aprox delivery times than the ones on their webpages, well, then they would be on their pages wouldn't it.

i don't know if it should make a difference, but are you two emailing orders@letus... or the msg sender from their site?
they usually quite responsive to emails and fast too.

They have taken $1200 off me so I would expect the courtesy of a response. If they say approx a month it would be fine. But I haven't received a reply.

I run a business and make sure every query is responded to immediately, or if it comes in over night, then first job of the day.

Perhaps they just missed my email. Either way if they read this thread perhaps they could respond with the approxomate wait time for new purchasers.

hi there i ordered it like a week ago and they told me that the letus was going to be shipping the end of the next week...

they responded everytime till now...i ask them through the support site and they answer me there as well.,...
