I sent them an email on monday or tuesday i believe asking about how I can go about sending in my unit for a repair and what not. Anyways, I haven't gotten a response yet, been 3 days now I think. Is this typical? I know the people over at Letus are extremely busy with all the orders and business happening, but does anyone know how quick they usually respond?

I might give them a call, but the email i was using was the info@adapterplace.com, the one posted under the contact info.
