What is the "rolling shutter problem" that is so often referred to on this site? Can someone please explain it to me in the simplest manner possible, when it is likely to occur and what are some possible workarounds? Also what camcorders tend to frequently exhibit this problem (other manufacturers besides Canon as well)?
