For all you Brevis owner's out there, please check into the Cinevate private forum this week for an 8 part video series (downloadable) that will cover the following topics:

General overview
Setup, including the flip/non-flip configs
Charging/Power Pod use/Troubleshooting Power issues
Rails Configurations
Image Tuning
Lens and Oscillation Tuning
Micro-collimation/Lens Mount Swapping/Cinema lens collimation
Mattebox features

Some of these will be publiclly accessible and likely helpful to all adapter users. A rough cut of the Flip setup will go up tonight for all those receiving our flip unit this week. Because our fashion model was ah, sick, I ended up starring in it..sorry guys.

That is very cool. It's great that you are supporting your product that way and contributing to the community at the same time. Win/win.

Thanks Dennis.

Thanks Michael :-) We're working very hard to be a "model" corporate entity.

I'm very much looking forward to when some of these go public. Also Dennis I'm gonna send you a pm or email sometime today. So please check your pms tomorrow afternoon, though I'm sure you do that anyway. :)

I'm behind on the dvxuser pm's...but if the issue is urgent, give us a call during the day or send a request to sales@cinevate.com. Mr. Den Draak is dealing with emails/phone calls pretty much real-time during business hours. The last 7 days was a wash personally as we not only doubled the Cinevate workspace, but we set up the set, crane and dolly, shot all week, and still managed to get nearly half of the outstanding flip orders shipped today :-)

Part 1 and 2 (of 3) on the flip setup is up as a rough cut in the Cinevate owner's forum...part 3 will go up later today. These are rough cuts, but they'll do for the basic flip setup. Paul is editing all week to get the entire series done for the weekend.

Cheers :-)

These first installments are only up in the owner's section of the forum (to keep bandwidth manageable). If you don't have access, drop Hubert a line using sales@cinevate.com and we'll fix you up.

Cheers :-)

US, some of these will remain only accessible to our customers, and a few will be distributed freely. Right now, we're 100% committed to owner access as they've been waiting a long time for this series :-)

Another segment on imaging element swapping/cleaning was just uploaded...

The final two clips are up. The long awaited micro-collimation, and image tuning segments are the last two of this series.

Based on all the great feedback we're getting, expect a few more very soon on lens testing, and generic adapter tuning.
