Hi, folks!

Two days before Christmas I received two P2 cards (16 GByte) for using it in my HVX 200. I realized that I had to upgrade the firmware of the camera. Some minutes later the HVX 200 worked perfectly with the two 16 GByte cards and I made some videotakes for fun.

But now, I found an error. While using the earphones connector for monitoring the sound I hear an echo or a reverb of the live sound. This happens as well using the integrated microphone as using an external microphone on line 1 and/or line 2.

Did someone made the same experience?

I am using the actual firmware, called 4.06, from Panasonic. I am asking myself, is it a wrong setting in the camera menu or might it be an failing firmware?

Thank you for your help.

Bye,
LENZO

Check the headphone setting in the menu (I can't recall exactly where) .. you can choose between "live" (no delay) or "recording" (which has a spot of delay).
