Did someone recently contact Indifocus ?

Hi,
I bought last friday an Indifocus pro unit and paid directy with Paypal. Since then, no news from them, not even an order confirmation. And no replies to my mails...
Anyone here having the same experience?

yeah, i have been waiting for some reply's to a few emails i've sent them. based on the very positive reputation i've read all over these forums, and also from my first (and very prompt) response from them towards then end of 2007, i'd say something is up. maybe tim finally took a break? if i lived in the US, i'd phone them. anyone spoken or heard from indifocus of late? :huh:

I plan on calling him today or tomorrow to discuss some problems i encountered with the indislider. I'll be sure to mention he has some 'users waiting for order confirmations.... if that helps.

But yeah, calling is your best bet if you need a response now. I never have a hard time getting hold of him. He even returned my call on Christmas eve, which I didnt ask him to.

I am still waiting on my order too... I spoke to Tim last week and he admitted that he has gotten a tad behind - mostly due to the release of two new products this month.

If you call, he will pick up. He's a very nice guy, and he said that he will be shipping FedEx 2-day since he has gotten a little behind.

(and I think the delay will be worth it when we see the indiMatte and the indiBrace).

It's on the products page of the website, listed as coming soon. It is meant to be sturdy enough to support camera, 35mm adapter, rails, FF, etc. He said it would be ready by the end of January - we'll see.

I just gave Tim a call and it seems he had issues with Emails. But orders has been processed and my unit bought last week should ship later this week. FYI.

Talked to him today also and everything is moving ahead with some exciting product releases, etc.
