HPX-500 - Green Screen

So I am shooting green screen with the HPX-500, does anyone have any pointers. Ive shot HD green screen before w/ the HVX but should I utilize the depth of field w/ this lens?

Keep the detail level on a lower setting to avoid the halo effect of over-sharpening. I dont know about utiizing DOF? Are you just shooting one object with a green background? Just try your best to match the lighting & dof in your background plate so it looks natural.
