can no longer run P2 viewer

My P2 viewer was running fine then one day P2 viewer began playing all footage in slow motion with an audio track out of synch. I un-installed everything several times and re-installed but still no luck. P2 Viewer will no longer run on my computer and I cannot understand why.

My computer pops up a window that says i need to install "Mass Storage" software yet it will not allow me to install it.


Im out of ideas.

Here's a possibility: Make sure you have .net Framework 3.5 installed.

Do you also have P2CMS loaded? If so, remove both P2CMS and P2 Viewer. Reboot and reload whichever one you prefer.

Otherwise, remove P2 Viewer, reboot, and reload.

BTW, I think Herzog is an amazing director and a very interesting "character". Read his book and found his life story fascinating. Have you thought about approaching him re a bio-doc?
