Hey everybody,

Is it possible to lock the Menu of the Panasonic AG HVX200 E.
I have to give the camera away fore a day and i donīt want that anyone changes settings in the Menu... Please answer

Save your scene files. or write them down if you can't afford a $10 SD card.

Save the user file, too, on the same SD card.

Why give the camera away 1) to someone you don't trust, and 2) in a state that wouldn't allow it to be fully useful?

He means that if you did lock the menu settings and lent it out then the camera wouldn't be 'fully useful' to that person because they wouldn't be able to change the settings if they needed/wanted to for their particular shoot.

That said - there is no way of 'locking' the menus that I know of.

I would suggest following the advice above - save both your scene files and user file to an SD card.
Once you get the camera back you can simply put your SD card back in the camera and reload your previous settings.
