Anyone knows the f-stop i would have to step down the D20 still camera to get the same DoF that HPX500 produces at f2.8 at 75mm???

The D20 has about the same size sensor as the Genesis, so you can use the Panavision DOF calculator (http://www.panavision.co.nz/main/kbase/reference/calcFOVform.asp)to fiddle around with the numbers until you get what you need.
