I am trying to get the cleanest look to shoot with the most dynamic range possible so i can edit well in final cut studio 2...such as color correction in color, etc.
I am shooting 720p/24PN during the film just an FYI
Thanks,
Mike

the entire scene file menu, should i mess with it and get the look in camera or leave room in post for correction?

I'm asking what setting you will be shooting in?
Studio, low light, outside . . . . what?

Wow, that's something you should have been experimenting with long before the day before you shoot. You could have taken the suggested settings shot some test footage and then worked on it in post to see what worked best to get the look you were after.
Barry's book has some good places to start for settings. I'd go through them if you have a copy and see what works best in the short time you have before you roll tomorrow.
