Render Node??

Is there any kind of render node available for Photoshop? Or does each system have to use its own processing power?

A render node? There's no such thing in Photoshop that I'm aware of. Are you looking for some type of render-farm setup or an actual render node like a write node in a compositing package?

I was hoping to set-up a render farm for Photoshop, so I can do a upscale with BlowUp from Alien Skin for a feature film (180 minutes long).

I can't find anything on Google. Maybe you can use the filter in After Effects. If you could do that, then you could set up an AE render farm.
