How to format the SxS card?

Is there a way to format the SxS card in the EX1 camera? It's quite tedious if I have to delete clip by clip or that I have to take the card out and use my computer format or delete all the clips at once.

Go to menu>Others>Clip>All Clips DEL>Select "Execute" to delete all clips on the active SxS memory card. (page 109 on the user guide book)

Thanks! I'll give that a try. I did read the manual...but perhaps I went through too quick.
