Hi all,
Just got my EX and found a problem. I would be greatfull for those of you who have one to check if you have the same problem.
Ok he is what you need to do:
1/ Push the focusing ring in AF/MF mode (that's away from camera body).
2/ if AF swith on, then turn it off
3/ Turn on macro switch
4/ put the camera on a table with object close to the camera (5 inch) and some a bit further away.
5/ Now try to focus on object the closed then focus on the wall or something faraway. on my EX, when I do a pull focus or else the lens keep on switching from MF to full MF (electronically if course not mechanically).
Actualy when doing the step five you can see it on the lcd info that it keep doing so. Of course this a major pain as it focuses on the close object and then moving the ring it keep on jumping focussing on the wall and then back to the close object...
Am I the only one with the problem?
Maybe a fault in my lens
