Gamma settings and others

I just got my EX1 camera but I couldn't find the gamma settings or any other settings that changes the coloration of the picture. I know that the Z1 and HVX200 have these settings. Unless I'm missing something from the manual, I'm not finding it.

Any help is appreciated.

Go to the PP menus. Its a button on the back, and find the color menus tthey are very extensive.

Where can I find information about the differences between the settings? There isn't anything in the manual.

I've read that from Sony. I'm trying to find out the specifics of the four Cine settings. How are they different from each other and the standard settings?
