Ok, here is my issue....I have a Canon XH-A1, and Premier Pro 2.0...I recorded some footage in 30F, 1080i....I downloaded the Canon HDV capture presets from Adobe, so I choose the appropriate preset to capture, and everytime I get the message "Capture device offline"....it still allows me to use the play controls, I just cant capture
Here's where I get confused....Premiere allows me to do a DV capture....It just says this when using HDV....I have tried everything I can think of to get this to work....I even downloaded the Cineform trial, and that wont detect the camera either....Ive restarted several times, checked every possible cable, made sure I had the settings on the camera right and everything checked out
Does anyone have any insight as to what could be causing this problem?
