Digital juice lowerthirds and swipes

A friend of mine gave me some lowerthirds and swipes for a christmas commercial I have to do.
The thing is I can get the gray background of it doesn't come off automatically.
I could appreciatte some help.
I try to use the Key color it doesn't look good.

Do they have an alpha channel? Or perhaps a separate matte quicktime file included?

Digital Juice lower thirds should all include an alpha channel.
