XHA1 and PPro CS3

Ok, i'm trying to find the best settings for capture+edit from a xha1. I'm recording on the 1080 25F setting so when i captured i went for 1080p25. But it's a i25 camera right? So i captured the same bit of footage again with i25 in PPro. Any difference? I can't tell (although the clips didn't have much motion in). Can anyone explain which one i should be using for this edit? Also, with the sony Z1, capturing with CineForm meant it was around 30GB per hour of footage. I'm now capturing with the PPro built in HDV codec and it's around 10gb an hour so my footage must be more compressed? Is there a way of getting it as RAW as possible without bending over backwards for CineForm and their horribly incompatible codec? Any sugestions?

mmm it appears there is no preset for 25F for cs3 as pointed out in another thread.. So is Cineform the only way? I don't particularly want to part with the cash considering the hassle the trial version brought upon a recent project..
