Just got off the phone with Tony (aka Big Scarecrow) and this week I'll be on the show to discuss the making of Heart of Now. there is a long-standing thread here at DVXUser with a few nuggets of info about the production and of course, the main web site too.

It would be awesome to have a bunch of DVXUsers call in with their questions about the prepro and production phases (we wrapped principal photography about four weeks ago). I plan to have members of the cast and crew available on the show as well. so you can ask anything from what our casting process was like, to how our sets are run, or tech questions about lighting or the Brevis35 and HVX200, etc. Any questions you got I will answer to the best of my ability.

I think your film has a very human feel to it... very organic... really has the feel of a Sundance flick...

But, from the little teaser I didn't get much about the story... I'd be curious to hear more about that tonight. Thanks :)

f*ck sundance!!! j/k, thanks for the kind words. we're still in editorial, re-discovering the story, and will be for a long time. so it's a little early to be releasing that kind of information in trailer form. and so... I opted to put out this preview of imagery instead. we'll talk more about that tonight!!!

Click on "view past shows"> from that page, click on the "listen live now" at the top menu. A new page opens up and it says "click here to use player of your choice". It'll download a itunes ".pls" file. Open that with itunes

If he hasn't already talked about it - I'd like to hear Zak talk a bit about his approach in directing actors - how much rehearsal time did they have, what sort of excercises did he do with them (if any) to prep for the shoot... and how open were they to improv on set?
