Which camera do you think is better? I will be buying either one of these very soon and would like to know. Also, if you could list pros/cons, that would be very helpful.

depends on what you want to do with it. A1 is HD and Dvx is SD. if you go the HD route then be prepared to spend some money on NEL, storage etc.
Generallu HD is always an expensive proposition.

Wrong sub-forum. Look through the XH A1 forum there are a couple of great threads listing the pro's and con's of each and how they'll pertain to what you're going to do with it (events/sports/films/etc.)
