Hey guys

Here's a comedy short that I did on green screen. It worked really well execpt a few frames where you can see green through the one actors hair. I couldn't figure out how to fix that. Any suggestions?

We shot it on the HVX200.

Thanks guys

My first suggestion would be to use a blue screen. I find I get my best results this way.

nice, that was funny. greenscreen is like an art to get right. the biggest difference i have found is the keyer you use. lately i have been digging primatte in after effects. however, dvmatte blast does an excellent job too and it's super quick. works with fcp and motion nd only costs like $40 i think. hair is always tricky. super tight focus and fast shutter speed is the only thing that seems to help me.

Damn funny.
I would just tell the hairlady to use more gel. :)
Easy fixes are usually the best ones.

Thanks guys,
Yeah, the only real problem was with the satan actors hair. So next time I'll make sure there's no spikey hair.

I've always found keylight to work really well...at least for the stuff I do. The Windows version of Adobe CS3 Master Collection comes with Ultra and from what I've heard works really well.
