Here is an animation I created for the song 'Did you Heared What I Heared', off the album - A Redneck Christmas. The characters were done in photoshop, and all animation was created in After Effects.. Hope ya'll like it!!

Looks good man...I've done a few things like that but no where close to as long as that was....I can tell you put a lot of work into that....I'm impressed...How long did that take you?

It took about 5 days from start to finish.. It was a labor of love :)

Well... what is funny is that the characters in the animation are all family/friends of guy who wrote the song. The main character is the guy who wrote the song, and Darlene is actually his wife.. So I guess it was - a labor of love for animation.. :)

Really cool you should check out AE's puppet tool for the lip sinc stuff. I did a quick version of something like that using the puppet tool exclusivly. I didn't spend as much time or care as you did though. ....just a thought.

The lip syncing for the animation was much easier than making the other body parts move (realistically anyway)..
The puppet tool looks pretty neat.. I wonder if there is a plugin for older versions of AE?
