Blury import into FCP

I seem to get a crystal clear picture when im in "log and transfer"s preview-window. But then when I've "converted" my clips to the binbrowser they get all very blury, well at least more blured than in the preview. Is this something I can change?

Can I change maby the "capture setting"? Do I have any quality import options at all?!

You may want to look at your FCP settings, specifically the oval-shaped button on the upper lefthand corner of the Timeline window. Click this RT button and see if your playback quality is set to something other than "High".
