November 21st, 2007

Finished the first draft of the script. Getting ready to screen some actors later today as well as tomorrow. Looking like this is going to be something different after all.

Began work on the effects portion of the film, ways of integrating autodesk reactor in order to make realistic phisycs for (undisclosed) shots :)

Finally figured out how to put together my softbox; I now have two, yay! Never really lit my films all that much before, but I'm really starting to get into the whole aspect of it and learning every trade.

My Brother (who is also my composer) set up his new studio with Sonar and a whole bunch of East-West and Giga-Studio samplers. I could have bought my self a new car for that amount of money :) But the music should be amazing if by the time I need the score he's ready and learned the transition. If not I guess I'm going to have to score it myself. :(

Got my main cast as well as the final draft of the script, now getting ready to shoot next weekend. Can't wait.

Build up my sound studio so ready for the emergency score if the need arises. Anyone interested in some moody music in the spirit of "Code 41" I can make that happen onmy off time let me know :)

Renascentia... "What is gone is not forgotten"

Is that a rough translation that applies to this movie?

Welcome, Dmitry. I can't wait to see what you come up with.

Cheers,

Mike
