Was wondering if any of you hav any experience on incorporating your video business. How does one go about it? Does anyone have any knowledge of resources I can go to for more information?

Best way is to go through an attorney. You can discuss all of your options -- corporation, partnership, LLC, LLP, LLLP, LLLC, sole proprietorship, etc., and figure out which one is right for you. Then, once you decide, your attorney can help you set up.
There are many DIY books and resources, but the law changes frequently. Be sure you know what you're doing before you do it.
