Are the Nikon lenses that we buy for our 35mm adapter compatible with the d200? Also, what other digital Nikons are compaible?

Nikon has not changed the mount in years, so yes, any nikon mount should fit any Nikon camera.
The D200 will meter wtih AI lenses but obviously there is no AF functionaity.
You could use the lens in full manual on any Nikon body.
