I think this is an online deal. Costco carries several products on its website that you can't find in the brick-and-mortar stores. (The only HD cam in my local Costco is the Sony SR5.)

Costco must've sold out. The HV20 is no longer on their website.

What was QVC's price?

QVC still has it for $799 (4 installments of $200). Just search for HV20.

Bump... HV20 is back in stock at Costco, this time for $749.
But note that B&H is not only matching Costco's price, they are tossing in a $150 B&H gift card! So that's $600 for the HV20.

All right! Maybe I can finally get one! It says $799 with a hundred dollar rebate. $699 + giftcard = $549. Amazing!

Just an FYI- If you're talking about B&H, the $799 list price already reflects the $100 instant rebate, which only lasts for three more days.
They subtract another $50 from the advertised price once you add it to your shopping cart for a final price of $750.

Just looked at B&H and the site now says $749 and a $75 GC. Still, not a bad deal seeing that you don't pay sales tax. (well, for most people)

Hold up. Go to my favorite place....Amazon.com and it's yours for $709.83. No tax and if you're a Prime member you get it overnight for $3.99.
Tag. You're it. :)
EDIT: I guess B&H is still better. Damn, I know better than to drink and post.
DOUBLE EDIT: Damn, all these deals are better than Amazon, except for the overnight thing, which can still be cheaper through one of these dealers.
Good night.
