I like the concept of it. Is this a rough version or final version?
As far as what to do to improve it... your parallax is wrong. The clouds wouldn't move at all since they would be so far away and your mountains would barely move either... Are you going to keep the ground the procedural noise? I would add some sort of grass footage / 3d generated element for that...
Probably cut the bit at the end where it tracks back then into cabin window.

Well, the mountains are in 3d space, so they move with the canera. Should i just turn the 3d switch to off?
I think the mountains are fine, doesn't have to be realistic, although the clouds seem overly odd with that much movement. Overall I think it's a good little logo, stands out from the crowd.

It's snowing and sunny out? what gives? Maybe go for the darker/stormy look...

Maybe keep it 3d, but instead of moving the camera, move the 2d layers at the speed that would look right if that makes sense.
