Flash export bug

Probably a lot of you export to flash from AE??

The bug I notised is:
if I export it manualy from the project the file is half the size then if I export it trough "render quaue" ... using the same export setings of course!?!?!

Wha is that?? This makes my job a lot harder, because I have to wait for every single render insted of rendering it all over night or when I'm away.
Does anyone have a fix for this?

Hmmm... do you have gradients, etc in your project that might not be translating into an swf? Or are you exporing flv?
