I am trying to learn the tabletop art of lighting. I had an idea and I wanted to shoot a still so I can shoot it in motion later.
Camera specs: 300d with a china made m42 adapter, a really cheap 50/f1.8 m42 lens (pardon any flair).
1/50th shutter (I think) handheld. ISO 800, lens was open. Shot jpeg. AdobeRGB space. I cropped to 16x9 in iphoto.
Set:
Glass with some booze in it, the ice has allready melted too much. It was sitting on a semi-transparent piece of black glass, lighted from the bottom with a flashlight (seriously), the light fall off in the back if from a 50w halogen desk lamp.
I know it could be better but I used what I could. When I shoot it again, I would like to use some real lights.
Drink Responsibly.
