Matting an Image/Video onto a Titled Plasma Screen?

Hey Guys,

Here in an image from the clip I am working with:

I need to matte a video clip onto this screen using After Effects...can anyone provide me a quick n' dirty tutorial for how to do so? Thanks!

Yes, it is a lock-down wide shot, no camera movement.

i think the easiest way (as the tutorial above shows) for a locked shot is to just use the standard corner pin effect on your clip that you want to display in the monitor, and zoom in and pin each corner of the clip to the corners of the monitor. it will give you a movable point for all four corners of your clip and you just pin them into the corners of the monitor. ..very very easy :)
