Does anyone know how to go about Uprezzing Footage shot in 4:3 to High Definition using Final Cut Pro 4HD? Thanks.

what does uprezzing mean? Converting?
You could convert to HD, but not with FCP. But you can't "uprez" to HD as DV does not have enough digital information about the image to make it HD. HD simply has a ton more data for each frame than DV. You can't make up image data that isn't there.

ok, so how do i convert to HD and boost the color etc. basically getting the best quality possible in HD? what system should i use after i edit in FCP? thanks.

You can spit it out as 1080i just by changing the project settings. It'll look horrible though. Anytime you scale video up, it tears it up quickly.
You'll have to shoot HD to get HD quality.
