Just today i was watching the world series and i noticed that behind the batter and too the left they use a green screen to advertise. They show some shots where you can see the green screen but in others you can see where they fill in with the advertisement. I had never seen that before and thought it was interesting!

Yup, they have been using that since the playoffs last year. Pretty cool.

I'm a hard core Yankees fan so I'm definitely hopeing the Rockies can pull through. I never knew they used green screens, cool.

The green screen has been there for several seasons. I think over 5 years maybe more.

yeah, I've seen it for a while. But in this WS, I actually saw a green-card they handed out to a fan, I guess. A fan was holding up a card, and on it was like a Chevy ad. Moving. Like a little commercial running on the card she was holding up. the only thing I could imagine was that they handed out green cards...

The green screen has been there for several seasons. I think over 5 years maybe more.
I'm pretty sure they've had it for even more than 5 seasons. I remember a distant cousin telling me about it and I haven't seen him in about 8 years.
I'll have to look out for the ads on green cards... never would have imagined that would ever happen.

That's a new one. I have not seen that before. Probably a network guy that they have in the crowd or something.

Yeah, the green screens have been there for quite a while now. The composite can only be seen on the OTS of the pitcher though. All other cameras see green for some reason, probably due to the angle I imagine.
