Hi,
I am using on FCP. Installed it and after that it was just available in my effects folder. I have recently installed After Effects on my Mac and I don't see the Magic Bullet stuff available anywhere. How do I get it so I can use these plugins in After Effects. I looked up Magic Bullet in my spotlight function and found the files like LookSuite.bundle and all the Misfire files stored the following path: Library-->Application Support-->Final Cut Pro System Support-->Plugins. The files say they are After Effects Plug-ins.
Is there a way to make a similar folder somewhere else and copy these files in so After Effects recognizes them. If I try to drop one of these files onto a clip when I'm in After Effects I get an error that reads: "Can't Support File...Unsupported filetype or extension".
Thanks!

If you installed AE AFTER you installed Magic Bullet they they aren't going to be in the AE plugins folder. You need to find your AE Plugins folder (in your AE Application folder) and copy and paste the MB Plugin files in there. Then restart AE.

(This is assuming you have a version of MB that works in AE - might not be an issue, I'm just not that familiar with the software).

thanks. i went in to my AE folder, into the plugins, made a folder called Magic Bullet and dropped the files in there. now they are available in AE. But when I try to use an effect it says that Misfire is serialized and asks me to reinstall with the original insaller. I don't have that anymore. Is there some way around this?
thanks
