I want to get 16x9 with the 35 adapter but if use the squeeze mode I will loose picture quality because later on I will have to unsqueeze the image, so the question is how can I get 16x9 with the 35 without using the squeeze mode?

A Post-stretch with a program like Photozoom is your only real option.

Or an anamorphic lens, as suggested elsewhere.

But an anamorphic cine lens will get you 2.66:1, assuming it had a 2x squeeze.
You'd need to find a cine lens to put on your adaptor that had a 1.33x squeeze if you wanted 16:9 with the anamorphic adaptor - and I don't know if 1.33x cine lenses even exist! If they did, they'd be hard to find...
