Hello all and to anyone who may know...
I ordered the microFollowFocus - Video Camera Bundle from their online store only to receive a package with the wrong content inside I payed customs and taxes first, since I cannot take the package without paying up.
I sent an e-mail yesterday before their offices open (time difference) and yet no one has replied yet. I sent another one today...Is this delay normal?
What is their policy on wrong items being sent, especially overseas?
For one they should be more careful especially in overseas clients since it's much more difficult to handle these matters...
I'm in Athens, Greece by the way...
