Rollarcoaster effect

I wanna make it look like your flyin down a rollercoaster. I have a camera layer applied, and now i have a layer with just a blue looooong ass rectangle. How do i bend this rectangle? I know how to do the key framing and such, just i need to know how to give shape to the rectangle!
