ok have you seen the time lapse's where the camera is zooming out while the lapse is playing how do u do that is there like a zoom setting were u can time how much it zooms in a certain amount of time? just curious casue i would like to do one, ive all so seen time lapse's where it pans either to the left or right. if ya cant help tahts cool just wonderin thanks

You can achieve the effect by verrryyyy slllloooooowwwwly zooming (via the manual zoom) during the timelapse period. Depending on the interval selected, that can result in a very normal looking zoom speed. It's important to be slowly and consistantly zooming the entire time because if you dont, then it'll look jerky.
I'm sure there are rigs that can accomplish this effect automatically, but I have no idea where they can be purchased (but I'm sure they cost a bunch!). You might want to check the User Films section for Eviction, which is a mostly timelapse movie that a guy here made. He might know how to accomplish the effect.

most of the ones I've seen were done in post by keyframing your scale settings
