How good is the conversion to .flv from a HDV footage? I'm about to get the XH A1 to do some chroma keying and then bringing it into flash. I've seen alot of videos on here via Quick Time but I was wondering how it would look on the best setting in .flv that is reasonable to load on a web page. Thanks.

wouldn't be any different from SD surely? I assume you'll convert it into vectors once in flash anyway.. oh wait no you're talking about flv.. the quicktime movies people post up generally don't use as much compression as flv's. Both are just formats although flv is very heavily geared to streaming and not picture quality. I'm not even sure if flv does lossless. flv being engineered for the web and quicktime being engineered for all around video. Most people use QT for convinience.
