track motion PRO only

Hi , i would like to know, how can i do to do add a 3d element in the track motion, by example...a 3d text balancing or something 3d... i mean...if i use the track motion whit a simple 2d element when this start to rotate would keep lookind 2d right?.
in few words want 3d matchmoving using after effect.

I'm not 100% sure what you're asking. Are you creating 3d elements in, say, Maya or Max? Are you asking how to track a 2D scene so that you can mix the 2 together?

exactly....a 3d object in a 2d track motion, by example... i have a film driving in middle of a city and i want to place 3d text behind of that buildings.
in that case, how can i take the data track into ...3d max...

There's a program called SynthEyes which will do that. It's a GREAT program, which is quite inexpensive compared with Boujou. It's only 400 bucks and has been used in several feature films.

3ds max has a built in 3d camera tracker. it is not as nice as bijou or syntheyes.
If you bring your footage into max you can track it and create a camera from the footage. you could then render out your max scene and composite it in AE with your footage. AE can only do 2d tracking. Apparently Maya does a better job of exporting camera data to AE. I don't know if maya has a camera tracker though,
