What is the best video size to upload your film? I know it needs to be under 50mb, but what settings will give the best video quality to the video's being uploaded? What works for you? It would be nice to have a consistant quality for viewing the movies!

My export:

480 x 270 .H264
1193.27 kbits/s
AAC stereo 48.000 khz
Best quality, 42.57 mb. file on a 4:59.57 run time.

I personally like 400x225 with H264 encode at about 80-90% quality. What I've found with FCP is that you'll get very different results depending on whether you use 'Compressor' or Quicktime Conversion Export. With Quicktime Conversion, the resulting file size is usually lower and the image much sharper/the motion smoother. Compressor tends to look like crap for web exporting. I'm using FCP 5.1 so not sure if different versions have different results but from my experiences, FCP Quicktime conversion to H264 gives a real sweet image.
