I have some MXF files that are not organized into the usual proxy, video, audio, etc. subfolders... just plain ol', raw video files. I'm a MAC/FCP user, and having trouble accessing them, i.e. I can import them, seemingly, but then can't view them in the bins OR sequences. Is there a way to import them into FCP in raw form?

There is no such thing as a raw video file from the HVX.
The only way you can get such non-compliant output is from the FS-100, either by not using the ORGANIZE P2 function, or by using the RAW DV recording format option.
If you didn't use the ORGANIZE P2 function, the easiest thing is to copy the files back onto the FS-100, organize the files, and copy the results back to your computer. If you no longer have access to the FS-100, there are instructions out there somewhere on how to do this manually, but I don't have a link right now.
If you recorded RAW DV, I think the only way you can use the files is by loading the files back onto the FS-100, play them, and record the output from the DV port into FCP or on an HVX.
If you are talking about something different, please explain.
