View Full Version : Camera is telling me "Incompatible Card'

I put in my 4Gb card into my camera and it flashed in big red letters, incompatible card. I tried placing the card back in the adapter to hook it up to my MBP and then my computer kernal panicked and gave me the screen of death.

This card worked fine a week previously. Any ideas what could be going on?

Starting with V4.05 of the camera firmware, the HVX expects to find a CONTENTS folder structure on the card. If you completely erase the P2 card on a computer, you'll get that message when putting the card back in the camera.
