Filmed and edited entirely in one day, 'Cutthroat' is a documentary(or mockumentary, rather) which follows the lives of three different teams of basketball players headed for the 21 championship.
The rules for creating this film were:
1. No swearing or obsenities
2. No longer than 7 minutes
3. The theme had to be the number 21
4. The line "Twenty-first annual Edmonton International Film Festival" had to appear during the film.
