As far as I know get in line, or pay for it on eBay (another obvious choice).
If the big boys can't get them, why would the little guys? If you find them, let me know.

The big guys that everybody knows about may not be able to get them right now if they are out of stock, but that doesn't mean that a less well-known dealer doesn't have a few cards that they would like to sell.
I'm sure they are out there, you just have to make a few calls. Let your fingers do the walking...
