Yes, You have vibrating adapters where the groound glass vibrates so that the grounded image on the glass won't be so visible, and static adapters where the ground glass is stationary. If you go static you would want to fine a gg that is extremely fine and unnoticeable.

Sure, the Cinevate Brevis35 for instance doesn't use spinning ground glass, it uses an oscilating diffuser.

What's the problem you are trying to avoid?

well, i didnt want to shoot with 35mm lenses at first (the budget didnt allow it), but the drector required we use a 500mm for long telephoto shots i would have to switch to shooting the 35mm lenses for the whole shoot. thus, we would needed an adpater.
and try to find a adapter that does not spin ground glass so i have a better chance of matching the footage.

essentially, i wanted to see if footage with the 35mm telephoto lenses would match with everything else just shot on the camera' own Leica lens?

thanks for the help!

What it sound like your looking for is an adapter that will give you the best edge to edge sharpness possible. From what I've seen and heard your best bet is a SGPro REV3, or the new Letus Extreme with built in flip. They have IMO yielded the sharpest edge to edge images in for low end adapters arena. I currently use the RedRock M2 HD adapter which I love, but ever since I seen the Letus Extreme's footage I was sold.

BTW, I do believe the SGPro spins, but I don't think that will be an issue.
